About the nalb forum
North American Lithuanian Business Forum (NALB Forum) – the premier event of the year highlighting the strong business ties between Lithuania and North America and importance of connecting transatlantic commerce leaders in dialogue and partnership.
The genesis of NALB Forum goes back to 2019 when Lithuanian professionals and clubs met at the Lithuanian Embassy in Washington, D.C. to brainstorm about collaborative projects. This meeting catalyzed the first NALB event which, because of the pandemic, was held virtually in April 2021. With restrictions lifted, and recognizing the importance of person-to-person exchanges, the group then organized the first live NALB Forum on June 29th, 2022, at the Union League of Philadelphia, attracting more than 200 attendees and 37 speakers for a full day of discussions and networking.
The NALB Forum 2023 happened in Chicago in Union League Club on June 7-8, 2023. With over 400 attendees the two day event brought together a diverse range of participants, including business executives, rising professionals, leaders from various sectors of the business ecosystem, and government officials.
Throughout the forum, attendees actively engaged in a vibrant exchange of ideas and fostered meaningful connections. The event provided a platform for collaboration and exploration of new opportunities. Participants had the opportunity to explore featured sectors such as life sciences, advanced manufacturing and services, startups, film and entertainment industries, as well as transport and logistics.
Not only did the NALB Forum 2023 provide a platform for learning and networking, but it also facilitated the formation of strategic partnerships and collaborations. Attendees had the chance to connect with like-minded professionals and explore potential synergies that could drive their businesses forward.
Overall, the NALB Forum 2023 exceeded expectations, delivering a valuable experience for all attendees.
